Official Rules for the 2025 Giveback Giveaway

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding U.S. territories and possessions.
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• This drawing is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada (except Quebec) and to residents of other countries and U.S. territories and possessions where permitted by law. Must be 18 or older to enter. Void in Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. No entries will be accepted from inmates of a correctional facility. No employees of NBCH, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, paid consultants to NBCH or members of NBCH's Board of Directors or their immediate family members (defined as spouse or children) are eligible to participate. Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to Dream Giveaway drawings. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Entry Methods

• Free Entry: Each unique participant receives one free entry upon signing up.
• Referral Entries: Participants may earn additional entries by sharing their unique referral code. For each successful referral, the referrer earns one bonus entry, and the referee receives one free entry upon sign-up.
• No purchase or donation is required to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway begins on January 1, 2025 and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
• The winner will be selected on January 6, 2026.

4. Prize

• One grand-prize winner will receive a fully customized 2024 Toyota Tacoma. plus $13,000 to be applied toward the winner's IRS withholding requirement for federal income taxes
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any applicable state taxes, shipping fees, and insurance and registration costs associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
• The drawing will be conducted on January 6, 2026, under the supervision of an independent judging organization.

6. Winner Notification

• The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the drawing date.
• The winner must respond within 10 days of notification and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability waiver, and/or publicity release.

7. Cheating and Fraud

• Each entry must represent a real person.
• Any participant found to be using fake accounts, multiple accounts, automated systems, or any other deceptive practices to increase their chances of winning will be immediately disqualified.
• Dream Giveaway reserves the right to remove any participant from the giveaway if they are found abusing the system or violating the rules in any way.
• Participants engaging in such behavior will forfeit all entries and will be ineligible to win the prize.

8. Publicity Rights

• By entering, participants agree to allow Dream Giveaway and HOLLEY Off-Road to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

• Dream Giveaway reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in case of fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
• Any attempt to tamper with the giveaway process may result in disqualification.

10. Disputes

• By participating, entrants agree that disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
